How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5.95 on orders up to $24.99, $7.95 on orders from $25.00–$54.99, and free on orders of $55.00 or more.
Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST on business days ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and holidays go out the following business day. We pack and ship every order ourselves from New Orleans, Louisiana.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is not currently available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full cash refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us before sending anything back at 800-648-2742.

Products & Colors
What are your garments made of?
Most of our garments are made from durable, water-resistant nylon. It holds up well through a full day of clients and washes easily. A small number of styles are available in polycotton, but nylon is our standard.
Will the colors look the same as they do on my screen?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but screens vary and fabric dye lots can shift slightly between production runs. If you're ordering matching garments for a full staff or a school, we recommend calling us before ordering so we can help make sure you get what you need.
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies by product. Most garments run from Small through 2X or 3X. Capes and aprons are one size fits all. Size availability is shown on each product page. Extended sizes carry a small upcharge.
What's the difference between the front zip and side zip Barber Jacket?
Both styles are the same garment — same fabric, same fit, same colors. The only difference is where the zipper is. The front zip is the more traditional look. The side zip has a cleaner front profile that some barbers prefer.
Bulk Pricing
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Vests, Barber Jackets, Big Shirts, and Swing Coats are 2 for $44. Cutting Capes are 3 for $33. Aprons are 3 for $39. Discounts apply automatically when you add the qualifying quantity to your cart.
Can I order for my school or institution?
