Processing & Handling

Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST on business days ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and holidays ship the following business day.

We pack and ship every order ourselves from Slidell, Louisiana. You won't get a warehouse — you'll get your order handled right.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full cash refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

A Note on Color

We carry one of the broadest color selections in the industry, and we want to set honest expectations: fabric dye lots can vary slightly between production runs, and colors may appear different on screen than they do in person. We do our best to represent colors accurately — but if you're ordering for a team or school and color consistency matters, give us a call before you order.
